Salesforce is seeking a Senior Success Guide for their Agentforce team in Hyderabad, India. This role focuses on driving customer success by leveraging expertise in AI CRM, Agentforce, and Data 360 platforms. The guide will act as a subject matter expert, engage with customers to optimize usage, build relationships, and share knowledge. The role emphasizes enabling customers to realize value and accelerate adoption of Salesforce's data and AI capabilities, ensuring their success in leveraging these powerful tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be a trusted Agentforce and D360 subject-matter expert for the broader Success Guide organization, including an understanding of how Data 360 relates and supports the success of AI and vice versa
  2. Engage with our Premier and Signature customers both reactively and proactively to enable, advise, and optimize current Agentforce and Data 360 usage
  3. Run engagements aligned with Agentforce and Data 360 product capabilities, tailoring conversations to the unique needs and opportunities of our customers
  4. Build strong relationships with both internal and external business stakeholders
  5. Drive thought leadership, when possible, through mentoring and knowledge sharing

Skills

Required

  • 4-6 years’ experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry
  • Experience with Data 360
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, global teams
  • Ability to facilitate discussions
  • Ability to translate technical concepts & solutions into tangible business value and ROI for customers
  • Ability to demonstrate and maintain deep technical understanding of our suite of products
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude
  • Ability to manage tasks independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree
