Salesforce is seeking a Senior Success Guide for their Commerce Cloud product, focusing on customer success and adoption of the AI-powered e-commerce platform. The role involves guiding strategic customers, acting as a subject-matter expert, and building relationships to ensure customers maximize their investment and achieve business value. While the role is within an AI company and uses AI tools, it does not involve building or shipping AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage with our Premier and Signature customers both reactively and proactively to enable, advise, and optimize Commerce Cloud adoption
  2. Be a trusted Commerce Cloud subject-matter expert for the broader Success Guide organization
  3. Run engagements aligned with Commerce Cloud product capabilities, tailoring conversations to the unique needs and opportunities of Commerce Cloud customers
  4. Build strong relationships with both internal and external business stakeholders
  5. Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry
  • 5+ years experience and/or demonstrated expertise supporting end users of Salesforce Commerce Cloud in both Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) settings
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, global teams
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts & solutions into tangible business value and ROI for customers
  • Very strong presentation and consultative skills, able to adapt to deliver effectively to different customer personas
  • Ability to demonstrate basic understanding and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely with customers and colleagues
