Salesforce is seeking a Senior Success Guide to drive customer success for Informatica strategic customers by providing technical expertise in integration and automation. The role involves managing customer relationships, developing success plans, guiding onboarding, identifying risks, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize customer value. The role also involves advocating for customers internally and using AI tools to accelerate time to value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage relationships with strategic enterprise customers, assisting as a key point of contact for customer adoption journey.
  2. Assist in developing and executing tailored customer success plans aligned with customers’ business objectives and Informatica’s solutions to drive consumption and adoption health.
  3. Provide guidance for customer onboarding, including user case implementation guidance.
  4. Help identify and address risks proactively to prevent attrition and improve customer adoption.
  5. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues, deliver value, and identify drive consumption and business value opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in enterprise software or data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and contribute to driving business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of data management, cloud technologies, and digital transformation trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively at various organizational levels.
