Senior Supply Chain BI Analyst responsible for shaping how the organization sees and acts on supply-chain data, supporting development and enhancement of the Anchor Application web app, providing dashboards and metrics for supply-chain workflows, and leading initiatives to scale analytics platforms and governance. Partners with operations, IT, and business leaders to ensure metrics are accurate and meaningful, acting as a steward of reporting standards and driving business impact through data.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support on design, development, and maintenance of a New Set Forecasting and Deployment Application (Web App for BOM Forecast management and SET Deployment activities)
  2. Support development and execution of a comprehensive analytics platform roadmap and strategy to scale BI capabilities across the supply‑chain organization.
  3. Analyze strategic and tactical business needs to design and deliver data‑driven solutions that improve decision making.
  4. Identify, prioritize, and activate cross‑franchise opportunities to standardize and scale key supply‑chain reporting.
  5. Partner with IT and cross‑functional teams to develop visualization and virtualization solutions that support the transition of planning solutions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Supply Chain Planning experience
  • Experience implementing change across a multi-regional and multi-functional team in a highly matrix environment
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience integrating Databricks outputs with BI tools and analytics workflows
  • Expert experience with one or more of the following data (acquisition) platforms (CDL/ EDG / EDL, SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, Phyton, R, SQL, Planet 9)

Nice to have

  • Preference in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, AI or equivalent
  • Experience in using and working with JnJ Anchor App and solid understanding on SET/Modules Supply Chain
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Alteryx preferred
  • Professional experience in Plan / planning systems (APO and OMP) & ERP systems with a strong understanding of E2E processes
  • Experience working in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Products industry
