What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate across organizations to develop comprehensive project/program plans and manage all implementation processes, including change control, testing, documentation, and training.
  2. Ensure project alignment to business objectives, technologies, systems specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
  3. Develop and monitor detailed schedules, adjusting proactively for unforeseen challenges to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
  4. Review project/program schedules with relevant stakeholders, updating as necessary to align with evolving requirements.
  5. Assess subproject dependencies and leverage Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage program health, including schedule, quality, and timelines.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a specialized field (STEM or related discipline)
  • 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years with a Master's degree, or 2+ years with a PhD in managing technology projects/programs
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience developing detailed schedules, managing dependencies, and addressing resource allocation challenges
  • Strong technical expertise to interpret and validate user/technical requirements and propose scalable solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in a STEM or related discipline
  • Previous experience in Blue Yonder
  • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across diverse organizational structures
