Senior Manager for End-to-End Supply Chain Planning at Johnson & Johnson Biosurgery (Omrix) manufacturing sites in Ness Ziona, Israel. Responsibilities include Production Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse & Logistics, Import/Export, and Procurement. The role focuses on shaping Supply Chain strategy, service, profitability, cashflow, costs, and continuous improvement, leading transformation initiatives, and managing people.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own monthly production plan for finished goods (FG), work-in-progress (EIP) and raw materials (RM), balancing service and costs
  2. Lead E2E process optimization and digital automation strategy.
  3. Lead Supply Review meetings and ensure supply feedback/escalation into IBP.
  4. Optimize FG, WIP, and RM to support free cash flow while balancing P&L and service targets for the manufacturing site and overall Global Plan organization.
  5. Lead direct and indirect reports in a matrix environment to achieve operational and team goals.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years E2E Supply Chain/Operations experience
  • 5+ years in management roles with people leadership responsibility
  • Production planning/operations experience at a manufacturing site
  • Proven change-management track record in E2E Supply Chain and Planning
  • Successful transformation experience
  • Experience working in Global matrix organization
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Team-oriented leadership
  • Proficiency in English and Hebrew
  • Familiarity with OMP, SAP S4 HANA

Nice to have

  • Master’s preferred
  • Preference for commercial Biologics / Pharma production experience
  • GMP environment experience
