This role is for a Senior Supply Materials Manager at CoreWeave, a cloud provider focused on AI infrastructure. The position involves end-to-end supply chain execution for hardware programs, ensuring material readiness and manufacturing capacity align with deployment plans. It requires managing OEM/ODM partners in a supply-constrained environment, focusing on AI infrastructure. The role is not directly involved in building or researching AI models but supports the infrastructure that enables AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. You will join the Global Supplier Management and Technical Sourcing organization, a team responsible for ensuring CoreWeave’s rapidly growing hardware demand converts into clear-to-build, on-time shipments.
  2. As a Senior Supply Materials Manager, you will own end-to-end supply execution for one or more strategic OEM and ODM partners across multiple concurrent hardware programs.
  3. You will ensure allocation commitments, material readiness, and manufacturing capacity align with CoreWeave’s deployment plans.
  4. You will act as the single-threaded owner for supply execution, proactively identifying risks, driving recovery actions, and maintaining operational stability as new NVIDIA-based platforms ramp.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in materials management, supply execution, manufacturing operations, or supply chain roles within data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI hardware environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience managing OEM and/or ODM supply execution, including allocation-constrained environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end supply execution across multiple concurrent hardware programs
  • Experience driving Clear-to-Build readiness, material placement, shortage mitigation, and production release readiness
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, fast-changing program requirements
  • Experience leading supplier performance management across delivery, capacity adherence, and recovery execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging cross-functional teams and supplier leadership

Nice to have

  • Experience working directly with Taiwan-based ODMs or global OEM manufacturing partners
  • Familiarity with server, rack-level, or AI system builds including GPU, memory, power, and thermal components
  • Experience supporting multiple overlapping NPI and production ramps
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration
