What you'd actually do

  1. Characterizing and analyzing system requirements and providing systemic solutions for their implementation; Responsibility for secondary specifications and system requirements according to product requirements.
  2. Leading technical discussions in multidisciplinary teams to find efficient solutions required in the life of the project
  3. Responsible for integrating the system components throughout the product life cycle, including implementation at the customer, risk management, error budget analysis, and troubleshooting.
  4. Technical responsibility for system and engineering design and its execution; Responsibility for the systemic validation and verification program and performing proof of design (POD) tests.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering - Electronics/Bio-Medical /Software/Computer Science/Mechanical
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a hands-on R&D Engineer (Software/Algorithms /Real Time)
  • Extensive experience in working with multiple functions as part of product development: SW, HW, Marketing, Clinical, QA, RA and Customers
  • Experience in defining and proving product requirements and specifications.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in signal processing systems and applications
  • Proven experience in a leading role and proven Leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work in a team and interpersonal communication at a high level
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal) – mandatory

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering
  • Experience as a Systems Engineer for a multidisciplinary product - at least 5 years, from a medical or healthcare company
