Senior Systems Administrator role focused on managing and optimizing collaboration and productivity platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Jira, and Office 365. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the final escalation point for complex incidents/requests across Slack, GSuite (Google Workspace), Zoom, ProofPoint, Jira, and Office 365.
  2. Lead deep technical troubleshooting at the application, integration, and infrastructure layers — including API calls, logs, and network dependencies.
  3. Configure, optimize, and maintain these platforms for performance, security, and scalability.
  4. Write and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for repetitive tasks, reporting, and integrations.
  5. Diagnose and resolve authentication/SSO/MFA issues (Mainly Okta, some Microsoft AD).
