Senior Systems Administrator III to support government operations by maintaining, documenting, and administering enterprise IT systems, including providing helpdesk and troubleshooting support, overseeing problem resolution, and maintaining system configurations for availability, reliability, and security. Requires TS/SCI clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain and develop system documentation to include product guides/manuals, SOPs, work logs and the Helpdesk ticket system
  2. Provide system administration support
  3. Provide maintenance and support of existing software (problem report/trouble tick resolution) and hardware
  4. Provide helpdesk support for collecting, controlling and disseminating, documenting and resolving all IT related questions and problems.

Required

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Security+ or relevant certification
