What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for network infrastructure and integrated systems.
  2. Perform hands-on testing and validation of network equipment, protocols, and architectures in lab and production environments.
  3. Configure, troubleshoot, and validate Cisco networking equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  4. Utilize network analysis tools such as Wireshark to capture, analyze, and document network traffic for performance optimization and issue resolution.
  5. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
