As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), A2A and MCP.
- Develop scalable inference and fine-tuning pipelines for enterprise AI applications
- Integrate generative AI capabilities into Oracle Cloud (OCI) services
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
- Ensure responsible AI practices including safety, evaluation, and governance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with recent focus on generative AI
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, HTML, and JavaScripts
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, or similar models)
- Experience in prompt engineering, and model evaluation
- Experience with OCI cloud platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
- Experience with multimodal models (text, image, etc.)
- Understanding of AI safety, alignment, and governance in enterprise environments
