Senior Talent Development Partner

This role is focused on Talent Development within Adobe's Employee Experience team, aiming to improve the efficiency and impact of people leaders globally. It involves designing and delivering leadership experiences, leading cross-functional programs, and implementing measurement strategies. The role requires expertise in learning and development models, behavioral change, and talent management, with a focus on driving business impact through people development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide leadership development expertise and consultation on organizational needs.
  2. Lead the development and execution of global talent development processes, programs and offerings.
  3. Incorporate a strong understanding of behavioral change and scalable solutions to lead and develop solutions.
  4. Work collaboratively and proactively with key customers, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform build and continuous improvement of learning solutions.
  5. Cultivate trusted relationships with Employee Experience and senior business leaders by understanding business challenges, desired outcomes, and how they translate into our leader development strategy

Skills

Required

  • Strong command of learning and development models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness.
  • Understanding of external trends in leadership development
  • Ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of a global company, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated track record of impactful talent management/learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment
  • Human capital or consulting experience with a variety of organizations, teams, or leaders
  • Strong global business and foresight
  • 5-8 years of related experience in Human Resources, Consulting, or Change Leadership with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree
