This role is for a Senior Talent Development Partner in the EMEA region at Adobe, focusing on shaping the talent agenda, developing and delivering transformative employee experiences, and building a culture of learning and leadership. The partner will act as a trusted advisor on organizational change, team effectiveness, and leadership development, designing and executing initiatives with measurable impact. Responsibilities include understanding business needs, partnering with HR, engaging globally with Talent Development teams, crafting and delivering development solutions (e-learning, virtual, live), and driving global processes regionally. Requirements include strong knowledge of learning and development models, 10-15 years of experience (minimum 8 in talent development), a demonstrable track record in large global matrix environments, human capital advisory experience, strong relationship-building and influencing skills, commercial acumen, and cultural versatility.

What you'd actually do

  1. Speak “business”, not “HR”. Deeply understand the business and region to serve as a trusted advisor on organisational change, team effectiveness, and leadership development across EMEA.
  2. Be a trusted partner. Partner with HR Business Partners to support the execution of regional talent strategies.
  3. Engage globally. Cultivate positive relationships with global Talent Development, Business Partners, and business leaders by understanding business issues and translating them into people strategies with concrete, measurable impact.
  4. Be hands-on AND operate strategically. Craft and deliver development initiatives that incorporate a deep understanding of behavioural change and scalable solutions.
  5. Build and deliver innovative solutions. Using thought leadership, innovation, and influence, you will develop targeted solutions that align with Adobe’s values and delivery methods, including e-learning, virtual, and live experiences.
