This role is for a Senior Technical Account Manager specializing in enterprise identity solutions, including Auth0, within Okta's Customer Success team. What you'd actually do

  1. Fully own the account management function as an Auth0 TAM. This includes the business and the technical side
  2. Advise customers on best practices and product adoption in a post-sales capacity
  3. Be comfortable with a number of personas including but not limited to CISO, Product Owner, CMO, developers, etc., with an account portfolio of strategic accounts
  4. Have a deep interest in the security space and where the industry is headed particularly from a CIAM perspective.
  5. Earn customer trust by understanding their goals and use cases, and recommend best practices relating to process changes, product adoption, configuration, and additional features to meet requirements
