Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) focused on driving customer adoption and success with ClickUp's AI features and agentic workflows. This role acts as a strategic partner, providing technical enablement, solution design, and consultation on AI and automation best practices to help customers unlock the potential of intelligent automation and achieve business outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and build custom workflow Agents tied to customer use cases.
  2. Provide technical training and consultation on AI and automation best practices, including prompt design, agent architecture, and scaling use cases across teams.
  3. Lead or support the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp, from discovery and solution design to training and go-live support.
  4. Collaborating with customers to identify critical business processes, map them to scalable solutions, and drive efficiency through ongoing refinement and performance insights.
  5. Serve as the technical partner to assigned accounts, connecting adoption to business value.
