This role focuses on helping customers adopt and optimize Autodesk solutions within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) domain. It involves delivering training, acting as a technical advisor, and developing content to drive product usage and achieve business outcomes. The role is part of the Customer Success team and requires deep knowledge of Autodesk Revit and related AEC workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions
  2. Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt Autodesk technology and achieve desired business outcomes
  3. Build, maintain, and deliver packaged service offerings that increase customer success and accelerate new product adoption
  4. Deliver digital content through one-to-many webinars for end users to support successful adoption of Autodesk solutions
  5. Develop and maintain digital content that adheres to Technical Adoption Specialist quality and consistency standards while addressing specific customer challenges

Skills

Required

  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize competing demands
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Professional fluency in Korean

Nice to have

  • Additional knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Experience delivering technical training to large enterprise customers
  • Experience identifying and improving Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) workflow challenges through Autodesk solutions
  • Experience working collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Professional working proficiency in English
