Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for their Communications, Energy & Utilities team. This role involves strategic customer engagements, defining transformational opportunities, and executing change programs. The architect will leverage expertise in technical architecture, enterprise integration, and business solution implementation to design and guide the delivery of Salesforce platform solutions. Responsibilities include acting as a lead architect, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, mentoring teams, and contributing to internal initiatives. The role requires deep functional and business knowledge of the Energy & Utilities and Telecommunications industries, along with experience in technical consulting and solution implementation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as lead architect for the overall engagement by coordinating and aligning work of multiple architects on the team
  2. Balance strategic architecture leadership with hands-on solution delivery. Actively contribute to implementation, while driving design governance, technical integrity, and alignment to customer’s strategic objectives.
  3. Direct and mentor diverse teams, such as customers, partners, and colleagues in technical delivery aspects, as well as non-technical topics such as communication strategies or executive influence.
  4. Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements
  5. Ensure scalable and standard methodology solutions to meet and exceed customer needs

  • Technical consulting and solution implementation
