Senior Technical Consultant role focused on providing technical sales support, solution design, and implementation for AT&T products. This role collaborates with sales teams, analyzes client requirements, and troubleshoots technical issues to ensure successful product integration and achieve sales objectives. It involves pre- and post-sales activities, client training, and documentation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of company products.
  2. Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality according to specifications.
  3. Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries, and build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility.
  4. Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.
  5. Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and internal teams, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with development teams to enhance product offerings.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 3+ years of related experience
