Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for their Field Service Professional Services team. This role involves working with clients to implement Salesforce Field Service solutions, focusing on consultancy, technical development, and delivery. The consultant will design and develop solutions, integrate systems via APIs, and provide technical expertise to help clients achieve their business goals. A key aspect involves architecting data-driven solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein for predictive service outcomes. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the Services Practice.

What you'd actually do
