What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and conduct live fit sessions using fit models, pattern expertise, and fit forms to evaluate samples for fit, performance, and functionality. Ensure alignment with design intent and customer performance expectations
  2. Utilize 2D & 3D pattern tools to validate initial patterns, blocks, and grading during product development through production. Establish and maintain grade rule tables and block libraries to streamline the fit process across product categories
  3. Drive a data-led approach focused on customer insights, returns-based learning loops, and implementing learnings to elevate fit to meet and exceed customer expectations
  4. Follow rigorous quality assurance gates through development, production, and post-purchase stages. Lead and conduct internal and external wear tests to seek wearer feedback and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide detailed technical direction on fit and construction to vendor partners to meet design and fit intent
  5. Partner closely with Design, Product Development, and Sourcing teams and vendors to define and execute appropriate fit and functional intent for each product
  6. Create and maintain detailed technical packages in PLM, including specs, grading, construction details, and fit evaluation comments
