Senior Technical Product Manager for Unity Engine Authoring Features. Requires extensive prior game development experience, defining product strategy and roadmaps, partnering with engineering, and prioritizing features based on data and user feedback. Hands-on testing and demos are expected.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that is informed by technical product expertise, customer feedback from Unity Studio Productions and Customer Success organizations, Production Verification, market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with Engineering counterparts to lead product areas hand-in-hand. You will drive feature delivery across disparate teams, clearing roadblocks and aligning priorities.
  3. Partner with stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Quality, Design, Documentation, Program Management) to identify business goals, user needs, and technical requirements
  4. Prioritize product features and improvements based on a mix of data and user feedback from key external partners and our wider development community.
  5. Hands-on tests and demos to understand requirements and proposed solutions, verify deliveries, and showcase delivered features to customers, users, and partners

  • Extensive prior experience in a hands-on game development role
