Product Manager for Zillow's Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing technology tools. Owns CDP roadmap, data flow, marketer discovery and usage, and platform evolution. Focuses on translating marketing needs into product decisions regarding data, tooling, and integrations. Manages stakeholder relationships, scopes work for the CDP technologist team, leads integrations, manages vendor relationships, and improves marketer workflows for data discovery, audience building, and performance measurement. Requires hands-on CDP/martech experience, ability to translate needs into capabilities, lead through influence, strong written communication, roadmap prioritization skills, understanding of data models/schemas, and experience with AI tools in their own work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own relationships with marketing stakeholders while surfacing feature opportunities and requirements proactively - not waiting for intake.
  2. Translate marketing needs into clearly scoped work for the CDP technologist team (data contracts, identity rules).
  3. Drive the CDP roadmap for your area. You will be making tradeoffs informed by impact, effort, and business context.
  4. Lead new integrations and system connections across paid channels, messaging platforms, and partner tools.
  5. Improve how marketers discover data, build audiences, and measure performance by simplifying workflows and closing gaps in the platform experience.

Skills

Required

  • Hands-on experience with a Customer Data Platform or closely adjacent martech (Hightouch, Segment, Braze, mParticle, Iterable, SFMC, HubSpot, or similar)
  • fluent in identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation across channels
  • Track record of translating marketing stakeholder needs into durable platform capabilities
  • Lead through influence with technologists and engineers
  • Strong written communication
  • Drive roadmap prioritization using impact/effort tradeoffs, informed by competitive landscape and internal business context
  • Reads data models and event schemas fluently
  • Can scope data work and pressure-test technologist proposals through good questions and product judgment
  • 3+ years in a product management role building technology products, with at least 1+ year on a martech, data platform, or marketing-adjacent product
  • Uses AI in their own work and knows when to apply it

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with Hightouch, Braze, or reverse ETL tooling
  • Experience managing a SaaS vendor relationship (roadmap influence, escalations, contract input)
  • Experience with paid media activation or messaging platform integrations
