What you'd actually do

  1. Define and drive the vision for packages per order and CX optimization capabilities, managing prioritization, backlog, and roadmap execution while acting as the primary point of contact for business and engineering teams.
  2. Partner with multiple engineering and science teams throughout the development lifecycle to translate operational challenges into clear, actionable technical requirements, ensure successful execution of the roadmap, identifying risks early and mitigating them effectively.
  3. Manage dependencies across multiple fulfillment systems and operational workflows, driving integration and efficiency in product delivery.
  4. Define, implement, and track key performance metrics for planning accuracy, outbound throughput, forecast reliability, and operational efficiency.
  5. Deliver clear product documentation, vision docs, and leadership updates, ensuring alignment across technical and operational customers.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, owning and driving a roadmap from concept to execution.
  • Proven ability to write Vision docs, User Stories, Epics, and Use Cases, and work effectively with agile development teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to drive insights.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud computing, and microservices architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and operational concepts for senior leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or managing outbound/post-transaction optimization platforms in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data science and optimization techniques (forecasting, simulation, ML models, scheduling algorithms) is a plus.
