Senior Technical Program Manager

Microsoft Microsoft · Big Tech · Redmond, WA +1 · Technical Program Management

Senior Technical Program Manager to drive tenant onboarding of Microsoft 365 services within Microsoft's internal IT organization. This role involves creating clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, partnering across engineering teams, and delivering on time and with quality in high-stakes scenarios with conflicting requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. You will drive tenant onboarding programs of significant complexity end to end across multiple engineering teams; own the plan, the milestones, the risks, the decisions, and the delivered outcome.
  2. You will make ambiguous problem statements and turn them into structured programs: scope, dependencies, owners, success criteria, and a clear path to delivery.
  3. You will manage stakeholders across Microsoft 365 product engineering, internal business groups (for example customer support and finance), security organizations, and internal IT leadership. Surface conflicting requirements early and drive them to a clear decision.
  4. You will deliver in high stakes scenarios: keep work moving while managing risk, escalations, and tradeoffs.
  5. You will run program rhythms: status, milestone reviews, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and executive readouts.
  6. You will communicate clearly in writing and in meetings; tailor the message for engineers, business stakeholders, and senior leaders.
