This role is for a Senior Technical Program Manager to provide operational support for AI Science Factory (AISF) program execution. The TPM will be responsible for governance infrastructure, cross-team alignment, risk escalation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure predictable delivery across the AISF portfolio. The role acts as a liaison between research, engineering, product, and operations, focusing on identifying alignment gaps, tracking dependencies, and facilitating program progress.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with AISF program leads and Strategy and Execution to establish program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks across the portfolio.
  2. Facilitate alignment sessions, steering committees, and review cadences; drive decisions and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  3. Track program health, milestones, blockers, and risks; escalate issues and surface coordination patterns to leadership.
  4. Coordinate workstreams across programs, resolving conflicts in resource allocation, sequencing, and stakeholder priorities.
  5. Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and decision logs; produce status updates, risk summaries, and executive briefings for leadership.
