Senior Technical Program Manager for the Global Data & Analytics Team at Warner Bros. Discovery. What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business and tech executives, engineers, data scientists to understand project details, dependencies and build end to end program.
  2. Gather requirements across various functions and build to roadmap by working closely with engineering teams.
  3. Communicate effectively through clear and concise written and verbal communication, acting as the primary point of contact for Data & Analytics leadership.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines, securing commitments and identifying critical paths.
  5. Become a subject matter expert in Analytics space and connect the dots by working with various team and clear impediments to make program success.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of proven experience in program and or product management
  • 3+ years of experience in Engineering (Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science etc)
  • 2+ years of experience in Data, Analytics and Science Engineering.
  • Previous experience in working closely with executive leadership to communicate program status, risk and mitigation (CTOs, CDOs, CEOs etc)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent decision-making abilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships with stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and risk management principles is desirable.
