Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Trust Services programs for DGX Cloud, focusing on ensuring infrastructure integrity, security, and compliance across firmware, platform, and runtime environments. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Security, and Compliance teams to define roadmaps, manage execution, and report on progress for large-scale AI infrastructure.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Trust Services programs across DGXCloud, including program charter, PLC execution, roadmap, achievements, risks, and cross-functional alignment.
  2. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, DevOps, CSPs, and NCPs to establish and implement trust service standards across firmware, platform, and software teams.
  3. Establish program structure through Jira, Confluence, roadmap artifacts, operating rhythms, dashboards, and governance reviews.
  4. Coordinate development and rollout plans across partners and customers, ensuring clear signals that services are operating in a known-good state.
  5. Build executive-ready updates, risk summaries, and decision materials that clarify scope, ownership, progress, blockers, and customer impact.
