Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Strategy, Analytics, and Operations team supporting GEICO’s Contact Center platforms. This role will manage, orchestrate, and drive execution of the Contact Center roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, architectural standards, risk and compliance requirements, emerging technology adoption, and long-term scalability. The role involves translating strategy into business outcomes, leading cross-functional planning, driving KPIs, and managing complex programs across engineering, product, and operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. manage, orchestrate, and drive execution of the Contact Center roadmap
  2. Ensuring work stays aligned with business goals, architectural standards, risk and compliance requirements, emerging technology adoption, and long-term scalability
  3. support the coordinated delivery of capabilities that power how GEICO builds, secures, operates, and scales technology, including conversational AI, contact flow and routing, business enablement and productivity solutions
  4. manage dependencies, sequencing, and delivery across domains
  5. enable teams across the enterprise to deliver faster, operate reliably, and innovate with confidence
