  2. Streamline cross-functional processes and design the AAI capacity planning lifecycle, prioritizing resource requests and resolving escalations to ensure program velocity.
  3. Drive operational clarity and decisive resolution for programmatic risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies within rapidly evolving and highly ambiguous environments.
  4. Strengthen visibility by delivering high-impact insights through a sophisticated blend of quantitative metrics and qualitative executive reporting.
  5. Act as a team multiplier by mentoring peer technical program managers and supporting teams across organizational boundaries to achieve shared milestones.
