This role is for a Senior Technical Program Manager focused on platform engineering, specifically API infrastructure, traffic management, and identity/permissions systems. What you'd actually do

  1. Working alongside the Group Leads for API Platform and User Platform to shape and drive large-scale company goals
  2. Driving end-to-end delivery of complex programs, coordinating efforts across multiple teams and groups
  3. Monitoring and tracking delivery status across teams and goals, ensuring visibility and promoting accountability
  4. Assessing and managing program risks, and helping teams build confidence to deliver through them
  5. Managing dependencies across teams and groups, flagging blockers early and driving resolution

Skills

Required

  • TPM experience at a SaaS company
  • Platform engineering experience (API infrastructure, traffic management, identity/permissions)
