Senior Technical Program Manager, Sentry Hardware Development

Anduril Anduril · Defense · Irvine, CA · AFS : Counter Intrusion Engineering : Technical Program Management

This role leads the hardware development and maturation of Anduril's Sentry platform, integrating various subsystems into mission-critical autonomous platforms. It involves managing the product lifecycle from concept through scaled production, focusing on design for manufacturability, supplier engagement, testing, and ensuring reliability for defense applications. The role requires strong technical fluency in hardware engineering and system integration, with a hands-on approach to drive execution and scale deployable systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead hardware product development across core subsystems and full system integration into high-performance, mission-critical autonomous platforms.
  2. Partner with engineering leads to plan, execute, and deliver design, build, and test milestones through production readiness.
  3. Drive design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA), supplier engagement, and hand-off to manufacturing and supply chain teams.
  4. Manage prototype builds, integration events, and system-level validation and reliability testing.
  5. Own risk management and schedule execution for hardware deliverables; escalate blockers and drive resolution.
