Senior Technical Recruiter

Anduril Anduril · Defense · Costa Mesa, CA · People : Talent Acquisition : MMD Eng Recruiting

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company building advanced military systems powered by an AI-OS. They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for technical and functional roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, candidate management, and closing offers. The role requires a data-driven approach to recruiting, building partnerships with engineering leaders, and understanding technical requirements for robotics and defense tech.

What you'd actually do

  1. Source and manage a high volume of technical candidates, maintaining tight feedback loops with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  2. Build deep partnerships with engineering leaders — calibrate profiles, shape talent strategy, and execute against hiring plans.
  3. Own pipeline analytics: track funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratios, and offer-acceptance rates. Surface insights weekly to hiring managers and recruiting leadership.
  4. Translate data into action — diagnose bottlenecks, recommend interventions, and report results to stakeholders in a format they can act on.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of the mission and the technology so you can pitch the opportunity credibly and close exceptional defense-tech talent.
