What you'd actually do

  1. As a Senior Recruiter you will play a key role in working with our hiring leaders in assigned functions across the company to develop recruiting strategies that will identify and attract brilliant talent to our team. You will be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive hiring results
  2. Provide innovative approaches to help drive NVIDIA's hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience that provide solutions to meet business needs.
  3. Own the candidate recruiting lifecycle
  4. Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
  5. Report on recruitment activities
  6. Drive recruiting initiatives and projects that enhance efficiency, quality of hire, or process improvements across the team
  7. Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters as needed to drive initiatives and ensure smooth daily operations

Skills

Required

  • 8 plus years in-house technical recruiting experience
  • experience in HW/SW, AI, Deep Learning, or other engineering functions
  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring recruiters/sourcers
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and partners
  • Experience project handling recruiting projects, multiple searches and clients
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Good command of written and oral English

Nice to have

  • Workday ATS / Eightfold experience
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
