  1. Operate as the go-to recruiting expert and trusted advisor for hiring leaders and interview teams within your functions
  2. Relentlessly seek top talent, curate high-quality pipelines, craft compelling candidate experiences, and secure exceptional hires across niche and highly competitive skill sets
  3. Develop & strategically deploy a deep understanding of what makes Skydio special to target, engage, partner, and close top talent
  4. Drive structured interview and decision-making processes that maintain rigorous hiring standards
  5. Foster collaborative relationships across Hiring Managers, People Ops, and Compensation to drive successful outcomes
