Senior Technical Recruiter at Brex, an AI-native finance platform. This role partners with hiring managers to define team needs, sources and assesses technical talent (including those with AI experience), manages the full recruitment cycle, and builds pipelines. The recruiter will also track hiring metrics and champion Brex's employer brand.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for technical roles, leveraging various tools and social platforms.
  2. Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
  3. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  4. Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and stakeholders on pipeline health and recruiting progress.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.

Skills

Required

  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data, product) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make process improvements.
