This role is for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will partner with engineering leadership to design and execute hiring strategies for software and ML engineers. The role involves leveraging AI tools for recruiting automation, leading interview processes, and providing data-driven insights on funnel health. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, strong business partnership skills, and experience managing complex searches in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers
  2. Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy
  3. Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and increase recruiting productivity
  4. Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess technical excellence, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Applied’s values
  5. Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to support efficiency and growth

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
