Verkada is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build their Product team. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, sourcing specialized product talent, and partnering with Product leadership. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of recruiting experience, including hiring for Product Management roles, and strong stakeholder management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source niche product talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, extend offers, and successfully close top candidates
  2. Partner closely with the Product leadership team. You’ll have weekly meetings with our SVP of Product & Operations, VPs, and Directors to collaboratively build the team (our hiring managers source, too!)
  3. Make improvements to our hiring processes as we continue to scale
  4. Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • at least 1 year hiring for Product Management roles
  • Demonstrated experience generating a well-targeted and high-quality pipeline of Product Management candidates
  • Expertise in stakeholder alignment
  • ability to influence senior Product leadership
  • manage the end-to-end decision making process for complex technical hires
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
