This role is for a Senior Technical Sourcer at Brex, an AI-native finance platform. The primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and build pipelines of technical talent across various domains including engineering, data, product, and AI. The role requires strong sourcing techniques, market research, and stakeholder management to attract top talent and contribute to diversity sourcing initiatives. While the company is AI-focused and the role interacts with AI talent, the core function of the role itself is not AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for technical roles across engineering, data, product, AI, and other specialized functions.
  2. Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies and pipeline development.
  3. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and and other talent networks.
  4. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, calibrate talent, and refine search strategies.
  5. Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, including future-facing skill sets.
