Senior Technical Sourcer, Production Leadership (contract)

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company that uses AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to transform military capabilities. This role is for a Senior Technical Sourcer responsible for talent management and scaling the company, collaborating with Production leaders to define hiring needs and improve processes. The role involves prospecting, interviewing, engaging passive candidates, driving diversity, building talent maps, and representing the company brand. Requires 6+ years of high-volume sourcing experience for executive/senior leadership roles and 3+ years of client interaction. Experience recruiting for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering in fast-paced environments is preferred. Knowledge of ITAR policies is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and candidate management
  2. Conduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
  3. Engage passive candidates using Linkedin Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, referral and SOBO campaigns
  4. Drive diverse talent into the organization ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
  5. Build talent maps to generate market insights to inform your engagement strategy

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years experience as a high-volume sourcer for executive/senior leadership roles
  • 3+ years of client interaction experience
  • recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup
  • hiring exempt roles for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Costa Mesa, CA office
