Job Description
As a senior technical writer in the Wix Technical Writing guild, you will lead complex developer documentation projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of AI to generate, maintain, and ensure high-quality documentation for developers building on the Wix platform, with a focus on optimizing content for AI agents and LLM-based tools.
- Architect end-to-end documentation strategies for Wix and Base44 development products
- Utilize cutting-edge AI technologies and agents to automate and optimize the documentation lifecycle
- Research, define, and create content standards for documentation consumption by LLMs and AI agents
- Collaborate with engineers to document and test complex dev features, APIs, and CLI tools
- Lead documentation projects which include supervision of technical writers and coordination with multiple stakeholders to bring projects to completion

Qualifications
- Computer programming or related degree Or 2+ years of experience as a developer
- 3-5 years of experience as a technical writer
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Strong background in API and technical feature documentation
- Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and working with AI agents
- Independent learner who is not intimidated by tough challenges and quickly adapts to new tech
- Motivated individual with a visionary mindset for developer documentation
