This role is for a Senior Technical Consultant focused on ServiceNow's Finance & Supply Chain (Source-to-Pay) and Legal Contract Operations Product Lines. The consultant will work with customers to configure and optimize these solutions, focusing on best practices and driving customer business outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting customer engagements, leading design workshops, guiding documentation, drafting user stories, leading technical aspects of project delivery, developing integration components, and preparing customer-facing deliverables. The role requires significant experience with ServiceNow configuration/development and Finance/Supply Chain/Source-to-Pay/Legal technologies, along with strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices with a strong focus on configuration versus customization.
  2. Support the engagements efforts such as specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/future-state processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders, for these specific solutions and domains
  3. Advise customers in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow Solution’s standard capabilities in their efforts to improve their processes
  4. Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology
  5. Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution

Skills

Required

  • Configuring/developing ServiceNow or equivalent solutions
  • Configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal and/or Contracting technologies
  • Integrations with leading ERP solutions

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
  • ServiceNow Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLP) Accreditation, Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Accreditation, Accounts Payable Operations (APO) Accreditation, and/or Legal Service Delivery Accreditation, preferred.
