This role is for a Senior Technology Project / Program Manager at Intel Foundry, focused on driving end-to-end supply chain execution and cross-functional coordination to support reliable fulfillment of customer and business commitments. The role involves translating demand and supply signals into coordinated operational actions, resolving constraints, and maintaining execution rigor in a matrixed environment. It also contributes to defining and implementing scalable operating models, workflows, systems, and governance.

  2. Translate demand signals, forecasts, and supply changes into coordinated operational actions across internal teams and partners.
  3. Serve as a strong integrator across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and systems teams.
  4. Deliver near‑term results using existing tools, systems, and processes.
  5. Exceptional collaboration and internal partnership skills.

Skills

Required

  • Supply chain, procurement, order management, customer operations, manufacturing coordination, or related disciplines.
  • Managing demand, purchase orders, supply coordination, escalation management or execution workflows in a complex environment.
  • Improving or building operational processes in a changing organization.
  • Working cross-functionally with planning, sourcing, operations, logistics, finance, or account teams.
  • Working with ERP systems such as SAP and/or procurement tools like Ariba.
  • Master’s or MBA in Business, Supply chain, Engineering or related fields and with 8 + years of experience.

Nice to have

  • Supporting strategic customer accounts or customer fulfillment operations.
  • Previous related work experience in a semiconductor foundry.
