Senior Technology Support

This role provides high-touch IT support to executive leadership, focusing on proactive technology management, incident response, and acting as a trusted technology advisor. It requires deep knowledge of standard IT ecosystems, collaboration tools, and a strong service-oriented mindset, including on-call availability. The role is not directly involved in building or shipping AI/ML models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide white-glove, concierge-level IT support to senior executives and their staff.
  2. Serve as a single point of ownership for executive technical issues from intake through resolution.
  3. Anticipate issues before they occur through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.
  4. Respond rapidly to high-priority incidents, including after-hours via pager rotation.
  5. Ensure flawless execution of executive meetings, board sessions, and high-visibility events.
