Senior Technical Lead Manager (TLM) for Test Triage & Analysis at Aurora Innovation, a self-driving technology company. What you'd actually do

  1. Manage, mentor, and scale a team of triage analysts focused on root cause analysis, balancing people management responsibilities with individual contributor work
  2. Lead and define the "how" for critical team processes by driving cross-functional initiatives and establishing best practices as a program owner
  3. Develop, implement, and refine internal processes, incident response playbooks, and workflow improvements to ensure scalability
  4. Drive the strategy for AI-augmented triage, implementing automated root cause synthesis and intelligent anomaly detection to transform reactive manual analysis into a scalable, proactive response framework
  5. Act as a critical communication layer through collaboration with software engineering, product and program management, and operations to ensure efforts align with overarching company objectives
