What you'd actually do

  1. Lead UX design for platform features — from early discovery and concept through detailed interaction design and delivery

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of product or UX design experience

  • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
  • Experience designing complex, data-rich interfaces and technical workflows
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher)
  • A related technical degree required

  • Background in or exposure to design systems and component libraries
