What you'd actually do

  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers by crafting and leading mixed methods research.

  3. Establish and scale processes and insights for early-stage experimentation programs including feedback frameworks, success metrics, and decision criteria; translating sparse alpha signal into actionable product direction.
  4. Challenge legacy approaches and reduce time-to-insight for researchers and non-researchers alike.
  5. Evaluate ambiguous and emerging use cases and product areas to define and prioritize research needs.
