This role is a Senior Value Advisor at Snowflake, focused on partnering with sales teams to drive customer consumption and demonstrate the ROI of Snowflake's platform, particularly in the context of the 'agentic enterprise'. A key aspect involves contributing to the development and refinement of AI-native tools for pre- and post-sales conversations and educating sales teams on using AI tools for value-based selling. While the role emphasizes AI tools and concepts, the core function is sales enablement and value realization, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the sales team to diagnose customer challenges, develop account strategies, and build PoVs to open up new conversations and build business justifications to close deals
  2. Execute value-based activities throughout the sales cycle to drive consumption and ensure customers realize the full ROI of their Snowflake journey.
  3. Deliver high-impact Value Assessments pre and post sales.
  4. Create and present compelling business cases and value realization reports tailored for CXO audiences.
  5. Contribute to the development of new value assets and collateral, specifically focusing on building and refining AI-native tools for pre- and post-sales conversations.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in value consulting, management consulting, or financial/investment analysis
  • Ability to build and deploy AI-native tools to scale value conversation
  • Deep expertise in ROI and TCO concepts, with the ability to demonstrate practical use of NPV, IRR, and Payback metrics.
  • Understanding of enterprise cloud economics and data management concepts, including Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and Data Science.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex quantitative data into qualitative business stories.
  • Knowledge of FinOps concepts and experience with industry benchmarking in sectors like Financial Services, Retail, or Healthcare.
  • Bachelor’s degree
