Senior Value Consultant for Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions in the UK, focusing on pre-sales strategy and building business cases for generative AI adoption by enterprise clients. The role involves quantifying business impact, acting as a trusted advisor, and leveraging AI tools to enhance the value consulting practice itself. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead value discovery engagements with enterprise customers and build & present compelling, data-driven business cases with authority and storytelling craft
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive buyers, translating the complexity of GenAI capabilities into clear, quantified business outcomes
  3. Leverage AI tools to accelerate business case development, automate benchmarking, synthesize customer research, and generate scenario modelling at speed - enabling you to engage in the truly valuable customer conversations with greater depth
  4. Co-create customer-specific value roadmaps that connect near-term quick wins to long-term AI transformation programmes
  5. Refine the EMEA value consulting methodology by creating repeatable and adaptable frameworks

Skills

Required

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree, or demonstrable related experience in creative operations, marketing technology, content supply chain, or digital transformation consulting in EMEA
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, sales, or a business transformation role within the enterprise software industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in value-based selling and development of business cases that translate complex data & technology into human narratives that drive commercial decisions
  • Strong financial fluency: comfortable with scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and translating operational data into boardroom-ready narratives
  • Experience engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across both IT and marketing/creative functions with tailored messaging
  • Familiarity with Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions, Creative Cloud, GenStudio, or comparable GenAI platforms is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in English, preferably fluent in 1-2 more European language (French, Italian, Spanish preferred)

  • Both experience in leveraging AI tools for your day-to-day work and curiosity about implications of GenAI on our customers‘ business, generally and in the context of content and brand operations, paired with the ability to distinguish genuine business value from hype
