Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or in a STEM related field
  • 7+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, process development, or technology development experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control
  • 2+ years of experience in root-cause analysis capabilities using structured problem-solving and data analytics
  • 2+ years of experience with module integration and interactions across semiconductor processes including; etch, deposition, CMP, or lithography
  • Experience in process optimization, defect reduction, and manufacturing improvements
  • Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing processes (e.g. etching, material science, and/or equipment metrology)

Nice to have

  • Post Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or in a STEM related field
  • Experience with cutting-edge technology nodes (sub-10nm logic or leading-edge foundry nodes)
  • Proven track record collaborating with equipment and materials suppliers
  • Cross-functional leadership experience leading task forces for yield improvements and technology ramp
  • History of mentoring junior engineers and serving as technical focal point
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive initiatives from concept to factory deployment
